What gets deleted: your account profile, login credentials, projects, room photos, visualizations, and library items are permanently deleted. What may be retained: billing records and transaction history required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes, and anonymized/aggregated data that no longer identifies you, which we may retain after account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your personal information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
